CAR WAS SOLD at 186,000 miles.
(Original website as modified for the purpose of sale.)
I am selling my beloved car because the repair shop that has fixed my Porsches since 1986 closed suddenly in early 2016.
I was about to undertake repair of the service issues listed below but decided to sell the car instead and buy something more practical.
Below I've listed all the service issues I can recall. Obviously at 186,000 mi. the car is sold where-is, as-is.
Located in Cape Elizabeth ME USA, currently registered and inspected and drives great.
All service records from 2002 onward included, plus many others from before my purchase.
I would suggest refreshing your browser for any of these pages, as I update photos and items included with the car regularly.

Large-format photos taken Feburary 27th are available to view and download here (exterior shots)
Second page here. (Interior, and shots of windshield and quarter-panel scratch.

SERVICE ISSUES AS BEST I CAN DETERMINE
The timing/balance belts and seals should be changed. Recent inspection showed oil on the belt, which was last changed 30,000 mi. ago. The water pump is showing no sign of trouble, but was last changed at 97,000 mi. so it's due.

Brake calipers are corroded and should be replaced at some point. A pair of used calipers is included with sale. New pads were installed @ 181143 miles.

Windshield has a crack and should be replaced. New windshield seal is on hand. There is some rust forming above the windshield and this should be reconditioned when windshield is replaced.

Slight damage to paint right rear quarter from backing into a towhook.

Driver's side leather needs recoat with provided dye colorant.

Subwoofer occasionally noisy: connection should be cleaned up.

Late additions (sorry):

Rear hatch glass partially delaminated as
is almost always the case with these cars. Cosmetic, not safety issue said two glass dealers.

Cabin heat is erratic in very cold weather until car is fully warmed up. No leaking detectable from heater core, head gasket or other source.

We've had rain recently: the serpentine belts squeak when damp. Re-tension?
